Refund Policy – ICONZON

At ICONZON, operated by TCI GROUP LTD, we strive to provide the best AI marketing tools. Because our services rely heavily on immediate, high-cost processing from third-party APIs and AI providers, our refund policy is strictly based on service consumption.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day refund period for new subscriptions. We want you to be confident in your choice to use our platform. If you have purchased a plan and have not yet used the service, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Service Consumption (the “No-Refund” threshold)

To protect our platform from abuse and cover non-recoverable compute, token, and API costs, refunds are not available once the service has been initiated. The service is considered “initiated” or “consumed” the moment you perform any of the following actions:

  • Interacting with the AI assistant (Max) or consuming any chat tokens (LLM usage).
  • Generating any AI assets (video, image, copywriting, or motion).
  • Performing a “Market Research” or “Audience Intelligence” scan.
  • Publishing, deploying, or syncing any campaigns, landing pages, or assets to external platforms (Meta, TikTok, Shopify, etc.).
  • Using any AI credits included in your plan.

3. Free Trials & Promotional Tokens

From time to time, ICONZON may offer free trials or promotional tokens to allow users to test the platform before purchasing. If you use these free resources and subsequently upgrade to a paid subscription, you acknowledge that you have already tested the platform. In such cases, the service is considered consumed, and the initial paid transaction is non-refundable.

4. Why this policy exists

Every core action inside ICONZON—from sending a chat message to deploying an ad—triggers immediate costs from our partners (OpenAI, Anthropic, Kling, Meta, etc.). Once these API costs are incurred on our end, they cannot be recovered. Therefore, a full refund within 14 days is only available if the account remains completely unused. Once you interact with the AI or publishing engines, the service is considered consumed and is non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Where available, you can also use the self-service billing portal provided by Stripe (linked from purchase receipts, subscription emails, or your account area). Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period if the service has already been consumed.
