Trust & Safety

ICONZON Platform
Operator: TCI GROUP LTD
Effective Date: April 2026

This page describes how we think about safety, misuse prevention, and enforcement on Iconzon. It is a plain-language overview and is not a substitute for our Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which are legally binding.

1. Goals

We aim to (1) keep Iconzon useful for legitimate business marketing, (2) reduce clearly harmful or non-compliant outputs, and (3) protect the stability, security, and sustainability of the Service for all customers—all subject to technical limits and applicable law.

2. What we monitor and review

Depending on how you use Iconzon, we may process service data such as account identifiers, prompts, generated outputs (or thumbnails/metadata), security logs, abuse flags, and billing signals—for example to:

  • Detect policy violations, fraud, or account compromise
  • Enforce rate limits, quotas, and fair use
  • Respond to legal requests or trusted reporting channels where required
  • Maintain safety guardrails in line with our providers' requirements

We do not guarantee human review of every prompt or output. Automated systems can be wrong; users remain responsible for what they publish, as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 11 – AI Safety and Content Responsibility).

3. Enforcement actions

Where we reasonably believe the AUP or Terms have been violated, we may take one or more of the following, with or without prior notice:

  • Block or remove specific content or generations
  • Restrict certain features or models for an account or workspace
  • Apply temporary suspension while we investigate
  • Terminate or permanently disable an account for serious or repeated issues

Chargebacks, refund abuse, and policy evasion may be treated as risk signals and handled alongside our Refund Policy.

4. Reporting concerns

If you believe someone is misusing Iconzon or violating law, contact support@iconzon.com with as much detail as you can share (URLs, timestamps, account email if known). We cannot promise a particular outcome, but we review credible reports consistent with our policies and legal obligations.
